ESAT BGMI Showdown XII
On November 15th, Tamil Nadu’s competitive gaming scene witnessed an electrifying battle in the ESAT BGMI Showdown XII solo event. With skillful strategies, precise gameplay, and jaw-dropping clutch moments, top players from across the region competed for the ultimate title.
Tamil Nadu CM Trophy 2024
In a historic first for Indian esports, along with the Sports Development Authority of Tamil Nadu, the Esports Association of Tamil Nadu (ESAT) successfully hosted the inaugural Esports Demo event as part of the prestigious Chief Minister Games.
Thakkali Knockout Chennai
On 22nd September, 2024, the Electronic Sports Association of Tamil Nadu (ESAT) proudly partnered with Knowledge Check to host Thakkali Knockout Chennai, marking the city’s first-ever AnimeFGC event! It was a vibrant celebration of competitive gaming, featuring some of the most beloved anime fighting games, and an amazing introduction for those new to the scene.
AIGE Competition
On August 31st, we proudly partnered with Asiaville to host the AIGE Competition, an exciting esports event that brought together some of the most talented gamers in Tamil Nadu. Participants competed by playing games from the AyeVee App or AIGE – a unique series of interactive games developed by Asiaville that combine immersive storytelling with dynamic gameplay.

President of the Electronic Sports Authority of Tamil Nadu (ESAT), Sirish Singaram, interacted with the Honourable Youth Affairs and Sports Minister, Thiru Udhayanidhi Stalin to explain the role of ESAT in promoting esports in Tamil Nadu and the future of esports.
